LyncFlow

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Draft template: this is general starting content, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review these terms — especially the liability, payment, and termination sections — before publishing them as binding terms for paying customers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LyncFlow's website or application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're using LyncFlow on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf.

2. Description of Service

LyncFlow provides procurement workflow automation software, including vendor follow-up automation, AI-assisted quote extraction, comparative statement generation, vendor assessment, and audit logging. LyncFlow is a communication and documentation layer that operates alongside your existing ERP or accounting systems — it does not replace them.

3. Accounts and Trials

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Free trials are provided as described on our pricing page and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. AI-Assisted Features

LyncFlow uses AI to draft content such as extracted vendor quotes and vendor assessment narratives. These outputs are drafts for your team's review — LyncFlow does not save AI-generated content to your records without human review and approval, and you remain responsible for verifying accuracy before acting on it.

5. Payment and Plans

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and terms agreed with your account manager or as shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in your order form.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you submit to LyncFlow (vendor records, procurement requests, documents). We use that data solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse LyncFlow — including attempting to access another organisation's workspace, disrupting the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you'll have a reasonable window to export your data before it is deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

LyncFlow is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyncFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LyncFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
