Information collected automatically: basic usage and analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) via Google Analytics, so we can understand how the site is used and improve it.

Information within the product: once you're a customer, your organisation's vendor records, procurement requests, and related documents are stored in an isolated workspace tied to your account, as described in our product documentation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve LyncFlow, respond to demo and support requests, send product-related communications, and monitor for security and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. Every organisation's workspace is logically isolated from every other organisation's data.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and product data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel or your trial ends, your data is preserved for a reasonable period so you can export it, after which it may be deleted in line with our internal retention schedule.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. Depending on your plan, LyncFlow may also send automated communications via email or WhatsApp on your behalf, using third-party delivery providers.
